I finally decided that it's time to start blogging more frequently if I want to become a famous food blogger (for free good food woohoo)(Clara Loh are you proud of me).
My parents had to rush down to the hospital to accompany my grandma who is down with dengue fever (pray for her!!) and that meant that our weekly friday dinner together had to be cancelled and I had to dine alone:( However, Thank God for Briana who was free and willing to have dinner with me:) Thanks Bree, much love for you!!
We went to Joe & Dough at Kallang Leisure Park, I've tried it once at the millenia walk branch and I loved it so I was more than delighted to visit it again especially now that they're having a special SG50 menu.
The place was perfect for taking pretty pictures as there were several HUGE windows, flooding the place with natural lighting, a photographer's paradise.
Food arrives!!!
I ordered the SG50 Soy Sauce Chicken and Achar Sandwich and Bree ordered the Mushroom and Bacon Melt, I savored every single bite of mine especially because I love achar. Sadly, this special menu will only be around till the end of August:( Hopefully I'll have time to go back to have this delectable sandwich once more!!

We ordered their carrot cake even though the service staff warned us that it might be a bit dry but carrot cake never goes wrong!! It was moist and tasted great!!
All in all, our experience at Joe & Dough was great especially with the friendly staff, the pleasant ambience and the free wifi from the neighboring Starbucks hehe
